If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services. We act as an independent travel agent to facilitate bookings between you and various third-party travel providers.

2. Booking and Pricing

All bookings are subject to availability at the time of processing. While we strive to provide the most competitive "unpublished fares," prices are not guaranteed until a ticket is officially issued by the airline.

  • Prices include all applicable government taxes and our agency service fees.
  • Additional baggage fees or seat selection fees may apply per airline policy.
  • Full payment is required immediately to secure the quoted airfare.

3. Travel Documentation

It is the **sole responsibility of the traveler** to ensure they possess valid travel documents, including passports (valid for at least 6 months), visas, and health certificates required by the destination country. My Smart Travels is not liable for boarding denials due to improper documentation.

4. Limitation of Liability

My Smart Travels does not own or operate any airline, hotel, or transport service. We are not responsible for any injury, loss, death, damage, or delay caused by the act, error, or negligence of any third-party provider. Our liability is limited to the total service fee paid to our agency.

5. Prohibited Activities

Users agree not to use this site or our services for:

  • Making speculative, false, or fraudulent bookings.
  • Accessing our systems via automated bots or scrapers.
  • "Hidden City" or "Back-to-Back" ticketing practices which violate airline contracts.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the **Commonwealth of Kentucky, USA**. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Richmond, KY.
