Refund & Cancellation

01 General Policy

At **My Smart Travels**, we act as an intermediary between travelers and service providers (Airlines, Hotels, etc.). All cancellations and refund requests are governed by the specific terms and conditions of the respective airline or service provider.

02 Flight Cancellations

Most of the discounted, consolidated, and unpublished airfares provided by our agency are **non-refundable** and **non-changeable** once the ticket is issued. However:

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of booking may be eligible for a refund, subject to airline-specific "24-hour void" policies.
  • If an airline cancels a flight, you may be eligible for a full refund or a travel credit as per the airline's "Contract of Carriage."
  • Name changes are strictly prohibited by airlines; any correction may require a cancellation and rebooking at current market rates.

3. The Refund Process

Refund requests can take between **7 to 14 business days** to be processed by the airline. Once the airline approves and releases the funds, it may take an additional **3 to 5 business days** for the credit to appear on your original payment method.

04 Non-Refundable Fees

Please note that any **agency service fees** or **booking fees** charged by My Smart Travels at the time of purchase are **non-refundable**, as these fees cover the research, labor, and technology used to secure your itinerary.

05 No-Show Policy

If you do not show up for your flight without prior notification to the airline or our agency, the ticket will be marked as a **"No Show"** by the airline. In almost all cases, No-Show tickets have zero value and cannot be refunded or rebooked.
